(Q1) Is your equipment New or Used?
(A1) Our equipment can be both new and used. We get a majority of our equipment from customers such as yourself through buy backs or lease returns. (
Q2) Does the equipment have a warranty?
(A2) All of our products carry a 90 warranty.
(Q3) Will purchasing used equipment void my IBM warranty or maintenance agreement?
(A3) No, absolutly not. All of our products are fully eligible for IBM or any 3rd party maintenance agreement.
(Q4) When will my product ship?
(A4) Most products ship within 24 hours. Systems that require configuration may take up to 48-72 hours. You will be notified once your product has shipped?
(Q5) I want my product to ship the same day because I need it tomorrow.
(A5) This is possible for most of our products. We reccomend after you order online to follow up with a phone call to your CorpTech sales rep(866 306-9406.) This will insure you recieve your product when it is needed. Again, most machines require extra preparation time |
